Our Christmas eve eve family dinner last night 🇪🇸🌶️🦪🍤

A recent meal 😋

Dinner tonight 🌟 Chargrilled lamb & pistachio kebabs (@ottolenghi inspired), Turkish rice with orzo 🍚, grilled hispi cabbage with a chilli honey vinaigrette (@mob inspired)🍯🌶️, garlic yoghurt, pickled guindilla peppers & a lemony fattoush salad, all sprinkled with sumac 🍋👩🏽‍🍳

Decided to make a homemade fillet o fish 🍔 🍟 so happy with how this turned out! Managed to pack in lots more flavour & make it healthier than Maccies. Finished it off with a game changing step of putting the whole burger in foil, back into the oven to make it so soft & cheesy (5 guys vibes🤤). Served with *well salted* fries. 🌴Tropical 40th birthday tart🥭🍍 2 layers of French vanilla pastry, layered with an alphonso mango & passionfruit mascarpone cream, topped with mango, pineapple, kiwi & passionfruit, edible flowers, macarons & coconut flakes 🥥🥥🥥
