Decided to make a Korean tasting menu last night for my family😍 Made soft bao buns☁️ with Korean fried chicken & crispy quorn in a gochujang sticky sauce 🔥Filled them with sriracha mayo, spring onions, cucumber, picked and crispy onions & crushed peanuts. Decided to make a mixed grill at home😍juicy lamb chops, chicken, salmon & king prawns🍤 Marinated them all in different Indian spices, garlic, chilli & yogurt to tenderise, then used a ‘dhungar’ method- heating a piece of coal until red hot and leaving it to smoke the marinade🔥This makes it taste soo authentic, like it was cooked in a tandoor 👩🏽‍🍳 served on a bed of veg, salad, coriander chutney & naan.
