Decided to make a mixed grill at home😍juicy lamb chops, chicken, salmon & king prawns🍤 Marinated them all in different Indian spices, garlic, chilli & yogurt to tenderise, then used a ‘dhungar’ method- heating a piece of coal until red hot and leaving it to smoke the marinade🔥This makes it taste soo authentic, like it was cooked in a tandoor 👩🏽‍🍳 served on a bed of veg, salad, coriander chutney & naan. Watched my favourite programme masterchef last night and woke up this morning thinking about the dessert they made🙇🏽‍♀️💭 Decided to make my own version of it using tips from them!
